I'm not 100% sure but I think that executing messed around with databasecreator.exe in order to get the presets back. copied the new "images" folder in arturia\shared copied the Emulator folders (program + samples + presets) into the right places run the setup through Sandboxie and copied all the unpacked files in a new directory I don't have the time to write a full tutorial, but in short I: I didn't use the included installer because I don't want to mess with my existing V Collection installation. and I think the others instruments will work too. I managed to get the Emulator running on Win7 圆4. Spotify, Citrix, Himachi, MalwareBytes (had tried this before though, with no success), GOG Galaxy, Plex, Sandboxie, CCleaner, Argus Monitor but perhaps something was conflicting with the installer.īy memory, what I closed off (in task tray): I have quite a few that were running, but of course not enough to come close to a memory error. I assume it was some background process that wasn't playing nice. So something in there seemed to have been the magic fix, but I can't tell you what.

Ran installer from a different directory. Disabled EVERYTHING running that I didn't need. I installed the optional update (Update 20H2) whilst trying several other things, so I'm not sure what fixed it. After all the pending update was done and it rebooted, it still didn't work though.
